Was so excited to receive this as a Christmas present from my friend! It is very well-balanced when it comes to the weight distribution. The bow hair is exceptionally grippy when rosinned up properly & is very responsive. I love the fact that mine came with blue hair instead of just a regular colour. Also, the staff were very quick to respond to my friend & lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend to all, especially when getting a student bow. :-)

Really pleased with my new Coruss bow. It feels great and plays great - with a great weight and it does well on my violin, which is a five stringed violin, so I was a little worried whether a violin or a viola bow would be the best for it. However, this violin bow gives a great sound as much on the low C as it does on the E string. Huge thanks and I absolutely desire a bow with different colour hair now. Perhaps I shall try a standard carbon fibre viola bow one day, to compare the sound?! Huge thanks and many recommendations. Even the bow the bow arrived in is beautiful.

Coruss Premium Bow for Violin

The whole process with Coruss has been great. I really wanted to have the look of the premium bow but with purple hair and this was no issue with Coruss happy to create my order. Communication throughout the ordering process was excellent with staff happy to answer questions. Everything arrived well packaged. After being a little unsure about using a synthetic hair replacement I must admit it sounds as good as a traditional horse hair bow. The sound production is bright and the bow handles well with a good balance. I’m looking forward to spending more time using the bow now my orchestral season has started up!
