La bacchetta dell'arco è in fibra di carbonio: rigida e leggera, offre un eccellente rapporto resistenza/peso e aiuta a prevenire le deformazioni.
La piastra di testa e il frog sono in alluminio, un materiale così leggero da non compromettere l'equilibrio dello strumento.
Capelli Coruss: tutti i nostri strumenti sono assemblati con capelli Coruss, una fibra sintetica. Questa fibra innovativa ha le stesse caratteristiche del crine di cavallo, con in più una maggiore resistenza, per cui i musicisti possono suonare per molti anni senza cambiare il crine. Infine, il crine Coruss è insensibile alle variazioni igrometriche.
Abbiamo deliberatamente scelto di eliminare tutti i materiali di origine animale solitamente presenti sugli archi classici (madreperla, pelle...) per offrire strumenti di alta qualità e 100% vegani.

So, from what I can tell it is a good bow. However, for some reason, the bow screw reaches the end of its travel-threads before the bow hair is sufficiently tightened. And so far Coruss has not provided an answer. It is my opinion, as strange as it sounds, that the bow hair is too long for the bow, thus the screw reaches the end of its travel before the hair is sufficiently tightened. But who knows...tic tock

After I have read many good reviews about the sound I was also attracted by the strong resistence of the synthetic hair. And of course the colors 😃. Coruss emplyees were very helpful and friendly answering my questions. Also the bow-maker did a great job by costumizing the bow for me with a mix of my favorite colors: blue, green, purple and a touch of orange 💙💚💜🧡.
When the bow arrived I used my own rosin and carefully added some layers till the sound came out, clear and warm. The bow is light and balanced, easy to control. Although I have read in the reviews you have to use rosin more often than with horsehair, this is not my experience yet. I am using the bow now for 2 weeks with only positive experiences. I would love to have a bow in another color too but the hair is so durable that there is no need for that now 😃

Is it possible to delete my previous comment? I was so mistaken, because as a begginer I didn't know that I need to tigh the hair by myself.
