I recently purchased a premium carbon fiber violin bow, and my experience with it has been exceptional. Previously, I primarily used a usual wooden bow and had limitations in terms of weight and force distribution. However, with the carbon fiber bow, I have noticed significant improvements in control over sound production, especially when changing strings and playing at higher tempos. I am thoroughly pleased with the performance enhancements I've experienced, and I am inclined to recommend this premium bow to my friends.

Bow: Very good feel and balance; Feels like a wood bow; The very nice bow case it came in was a pleasant surprise.
Coruss Hair: Took a while to break it in. Now it is actually sounding very very good (almost like horse hair).
Coruss Rosin: I am not too convinced about it, but to be fair I would need to try it for a longer time. I am currently using "Sartory Colophane Superieure" (the same one I use with my horse hair) with good results (low dust and long lasting)
Conclusion: Worthwhile investment.

This rosin makes coruss bow hair very dry, hair is not going smoothly, doesnt work with going to another string and sound is not nice, almost metallic

Tenté par l’expérience du crin synthétique je n’ai pas été déçu. Fondamentalement la sensation n’est pas meilleurs mais pas moins bien qu’avec du crin traditionnel. Le fun en plus avec cette magnifique couleur bleutée. Le petit plus, le luthier a pu monter la mèche très rapidement puisque pas besoin de la mouiller puis de sécher
