When I first purchased the bow I was concerned the balancing and feel would be a bit off due to the German bow being more niche (the website advertises more towards Vioin/Viola/Cello). However the balancing and feel of the bow is spectacular. The only real concern I have is rosin. Bass rosin is lot more stickier than a violin or violas. Im wondering if the synthetic bow hair can handle that extra stickiness or if there is slight differences. Regardless I love this bow and I will be coming back for a premium german bass bow in the future.
